Golf Course & History
Opened in 1922 and re-designed by world-renowned Golf Course Architect Arthur Hills, Wildwood Golf Club has stood the test of time as a Private, Members-only golf club. Measuring just over 6400 yards from the blue tees, the course may not be as long as some by today's standards, but don't let length fool you. Beautifully maintained conditions and bent-grass greens & fairways provide some of the best playing surfaces in the state of Ohio.
The signature Hole #12 comes deep into the heart of one's round, and the course rating of 70.1 and slope of 125 provide the perfect combination for golfers who enjoy a 'playable challenge' that can be taken each day with varying outcomes. Guests are permitted when accompanied by a Wildwood Member, and Outside Golf Outings are allowed on select days each month. Only non-metal spikes can be worn by golfers, and all guests & members must follow posted rules and etiquette during play.
We invite prospective members and guests to find out all they can about our rich history and tradition, and to consider becoming a part of something that pays tribute to this great game and those who came before us.
